Very crowded

Review:
We visited Santorini the first week of August 08. We arrived by cruise ship on a day when there were 4 other cruise ships in port. It took us 1 hour to go up the cable car to the town of Fira and 1 1/2 hours to get down. The views are beautiful, but the town is not equipped to handle such crowds.
